At Velez Artisan, we take pride in our handcrafted quality; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your artisan goods in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

Ship the Item

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our team inspects the craftsmanship of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
